About me  

I’m a Gen-X writer, blogger, designer, wife and mother of 3 based in Brisbane, Australia.

I spent over 30 years in corporate leadership and project management roles across Recruitment, HR, Banking, and Construction. I’m a qualified Interior Designer, Lean Specialist, and Agile coach, so I specialise in creative problem-solving.

Most importantly, I’m an avid traveller and Grecophile, and in fact, I’m married to a Greek. We visit Greece yearly, sometimes twice, and often with friends, family or our 3 young-adult kids. Sometimes I visit on my own and write a lot about solo travel in Greece. 

I’ve wrangled ferries, airports, taxis, and donkeys, and driven extensively across the country, soaking up the vast diversity, history, and cultural richness it offers. I help others do the same, with maximum value and Filotimo.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve built one of the most trusted collections of resources for travelling to Greece, with one of the highest-ranking websites, the largest private Facebook Group, and the only Podcast about travelling there.

During that time, I’ve also spoken at travel conferences, served on judging panels, been an expert speaker on a luxury Cruise Ship, and done over 400 private Trip-Planning Consultations, to help people get the most out of planning and booking their own trip.
