  • Introduction
    • These terms and conditions apply to the 100,000 Members Milestone Giveaway (the ‘Giveaway’) organized by Greece Travel Secrets for the Greece Travel Planning Facebook Group. By entering the Giveaway, you (“the Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Eligibility
    • The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
    • Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry Period
    • The Giveaway starts on May 26, 2024 and ends on June 1, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.
  • How to Enter
    • To enter the Giveaway, participants must comment with a single sentence on the photo for each prize as to why they hope to win. 
    • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • Prizes
    • The prize(s) for the Giveaway is/are [describe the prize(s) in detail].
    • The prize(s) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • Winner Selection and Notification
    • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
    • The winner(s) will be tagged and notified via Facebook Messenger within 3 days after the end of the Entry Period.
    • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Data Protection
    • Personal data provided by Participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the Participant’s consent.

  • General Conditions
    • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of any technical, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
    • The Organizer’s decision in all matters relating to the Giveaway is final and binding.
  • Liability
      • The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Participant entering the Giveaway or as a result of accepting any prize.
      • By entering, Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activities.
  • Disclaimer
      • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
  • Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country].
