Sifnos
Right between Milos and Paros is one of Greece’s loveliest islands that hardly anyone has heard of. Sifnos has all the charm and amenities of it’s more famous neighbours with few crowds and no cruise ships nor airport. It’s holiday makers tend to be regulars who secretly sneak in and out and keep the island all to themselves.
Sifnos is famous for it’s food scene and has produced some world renowned Chefs. It’s also much admired for its pottery and ceramics and its great hiking trails. There are a number of good beaches although few are organised, which for many is a big part of its appeal.
If you’re looking for a really laid back place for your Greek Island holiday then Sifnos is possibly it!
